Guided by the mission of serving others, Ruth Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd. provides cleanroom garment-related services to leading high-tech manufacturers that require exceptional precision and strict cleanroom standards, including facilities such as TSMC.
Founders Hu Hsin-Shun and Huang Jui-Lan established Ruth to put their belief in serving others into practice. As Ms. Huang Jui-Lan said, “Work is about serving others, and you always have the opportunity to serve.”

RUTH Laundry------In 1993, Mr. Hu Hsin-Shun and Ms. Huang Jui-Lan founded RUTH Laundry. Starting with household laundry services, the company was built on the founders’ belief in “serving others.” As Ms. Huang Jui-Lan once said, “Work is about serving others, and you always have the opportunity to serve.”

A Turning Point in the Business------In 2001, RUTH chose to transform from a household laundry business into a professional cleanroom garment laundry provider. For Chairperson Huang Jui-Lan, it was far from an easy decision. During the construction of the cleanroom facilities, there was no revenue, only ongoing investment. Yet it was this bold decision and unwavering perseverance that laid the foundation for what RUTH Cleaning Technology is today.

Creativity, Innovation, and Patents------RUTH Cleaning Technology has always been committed to solving problems through innovation and creativity. In 2005, RUTH pioneered the use of a drying room in place of conventional tumble dryers, significantly reducing damage to cleanroom shoes. Our commitment to always thinking from the customer’s perspective has helped us become an innovator in the industry.

Facility Expansion------In 2016, RUTH Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in Hukou, Hsinchu. Through a major NT$200 million expansion project, the company significantly enhanced its production capacity and overall industry competitiveness.

Manufacturing Integration and Service Upgrades------In 2021, RUTH partnered in the development and distribution of high-quality cleanroom garments, combining manufacturing resources in Vietnam and China. This became the prelude to RUTH Cleaning Technology’s expansion into a multinational enterprise.

Expanding onto the Global Stage------In 2025, RUTH established its Kumamoto Plant in Japan, officially taking its cleanroom garment sales and laundry expertise to the global stage. Today, RUTH Cleaning Technology continues to lead Taiwan’s cleanroom garment industry, showcasing Taiwan’s strength and innovation to the world.
